Directions for a massage: Pour a small amount into your palm nd aggressively rub palms together. Gently massage onto the body in long, smooth strokes. 
 
Directions for Aromatherapy Bath:  Add 2 to 4 ounces into hot bath water. Soak for twenty minutes.

 CAUTION: Adding massage oils to the bath water can make your bath tub area slippery. Be extra careful entering and exiting the bathtub.
